Keto Strawberry and Choc Ice Cream

Sweet like summer candy these delicious sugar-free ice creams are perfect for these hot summer days. ☀️😍

Ingredients:

    For the filling:

    • 200 gr strawberries
    • 100 gr heavy cream
    • Few drops sweetener
    For the covering:

    Instructions:

    For the filling:

    1. Mix all the strawberries, the cream and the sweetener together in a blender.
    2. Divide the mixture into 4 ice cream moulds.
    3. Freeze for at least 5 hours.

    For the covering:

    1. Melt your Funky Fat Choc in a water bowl.
    2. Transfer the melted chocolate into a tall glass.
    3. One by one, dig your ice creams into the melted chocolate
    4. Let them rest on a sheet of parchment paper until the chocolate is set.

    And Voila ready to eat! 😋
