- 100g hazelnut or almond flour
- 75g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150g erythritol
- 135g nut cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 Funky Fat chocolate bar
Oven 10-15' at 180°C.
- 250g whipping cream
- 40g erythritol
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 large sheet of gelatine (2g)
- 100g of Funky Fat Dark chocolate
