Ingredients

Cake layer

  • 70 g coconut oil
  • 120 g almond flour
  • 2 tbsp date syrup

Caramel layer

  • 100 g nut butter
  • 12 g coconut oil
  • 6 Medjool dates (pitted)

Top layer

How to Make Them

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix almond flour, coconut oil and date syrup. Press into a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes until golden. Let cool.
  3. Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes. Blend with nut butter and coconut oil into a smooth caramel.
  4. Cut the cake layer in half. Stack: cake – caramel – cake – caramel.
  5. Freeze until firm.
  6. Melt the chocolate with a little coconut oil and coat the bars. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  7. Chill for at least 2 hours — then enjoy!
