Hell yeah, it’s summer!

And for those not enjoying holidays just yet, sometimes it gets harder to wake up in the morning with that kicking energy to commute to the office and not to that beach chair. Yeah, we've all been there.

Hot summer mornings like this ask for a good and tasty breakfast to start off right and put you in command of your day. 

This Keto smoothie is all you need to feel recharged and add more energy and focus to your work weeks. And for the busy ones like us, it is also super quick to make and, of course, you can drink it on the go!

The healthy fats are in charge of energy and Turmeric is a great addition for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Amazing, right?


  • 150ml Almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 2 tbsp Almond butter
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Ice cubes
  • Funky Fat Chocolates


Mix all ingredients in a blender and voila! Easy peasy!
