We bring you this delicious keto cake recipe, perfect for these autumn afternoons, to have with a coffee or a spiced latte and always in good company. 

 

Ingredients:

For the Sponge Cake
  • 200g almond flour.
  • 200ml whipping cream
  • 75g of erythritol
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 15g baking powder
  • 6 eggs

Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Leave to cool.

For the topping:

Instructions:

  1. Mix everything well together.
  2. Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Leave to cool.
