Changed your mind?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact our customer service team via email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your wish to return your order and we’ll send you a return label. Please mind that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.
Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Send us a mail at email@example.com with photo evidence of the damaged items. Our customer service team will evaluate your case and, if approved, we will send you a replacement.
Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you're approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still haven't received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
