What could be better than a cheesecake? A chocolate cheesecake! Sugar-free, gluten-free and Keto!
Ingredients:
- 300gr almond butter (or 1 cup of almond and 40gr of melted butter).
- 1 egg
- 20gr erythritol
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder or baking powder

1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Bake for 10 minutes at 175 degrees
Ingredients:
FILLING
- 400gr mascarpone cheese
- 3 eggs
- 50g Funky Fat Coffee Chocolate
- 20g of erythritol (optional, I don't use it)
Instructions:
Bake for 15 min at 200 degrees and then lower the temperature to 130 degrees for another 15 min.
FROSTING
Add an extra, 100gr of whipped mascarpone cheese once the cake is cool on top, and another ounce of grated chocolate on top.
