Today we are going to show you how to make a quick and easy Chocolate Panna Cotta!
Ingredients:
- 400ml of vegetable milk (unsweetened almond)
- 60g of Erythritol
- a pinch of salt
- 100ml of vegetable milk mixed with 30g of cocoa powder
- 90g of dark Funky Fat Chocolates
- 8 sheets of hydrated gelatine
Instructions:
The best thing about it? You don't need a mould! You can use your milk carton
Finally, let it cool for 2-3 hours in the fridge and decorate it as you like - (Andy used more cocoa powder and grated coconut).
