Today we bring you this delicious Ferrero Rocher flavor ice cream recipe made by Raquel from @raquel.keto as well as the accompanying images.

INGREDIENTS
- 300 ml of cream.
- 100 ml almond milk.
- 30 g of powdered erythritol.
- 120 g homemade hazelnut cream.
- Keto Chocolate for melting 🍫
Ingredients for hazelnut cream
- 150 g de avellanas tostadas.
- 25 g de aceite de coco
- 20 g de erythritol pulverizado
PREPARATION:
1. Mix all the ingredients in the mixer except the chocolate and beat for 1:30 🕜 more or less.
2. If you have an ice cream machine , put all the preparation inside and that's it.
3. Melt chocolate and put it on top and enjoy 😋🍨.
4. If you don't have a machine put it in the freezer. A tip so that the homemade ice cream does not crystallize, is that every hour or so you move it a little, so two or three times💡.
