The new recipe to make the best granola of all time! It is healthy, delicious, and doesn't even take much time!
- 200 gr mixed nuts
- 20 gr sunflower seeds
- 30 gr pumpkin seeds
- 20 gr hemp seeds
- 2 bars of Chocolate @funkyfatfoods
- 120 ml egg white
- Grind the walnuts using a food processor until they are not too fine.
- Add the seeds.
- Choose two flavors of Funky Fat Foods chocolate, (I used Hazelnut and White Chocolate) and grind it.
- Add the chocolate and finally the egg white, mixing well.
- Flatten the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180 C.
- Break into chunks, and your Ketogenic granola is ready to enjoy!
