Forget about shop bought biscuits and give these minimal ingredient digestives a try, they are very crispy and have a delicious chocolate hazelnut coating with our Funky Fat Choc
✅ Easy to make ✅ Low Carb ✅Gluten Free
Ingredients (for 9):
- 140g almond flour
- 120g 0% yoghurt
- A few stevia drops to taste (optional but recommended)
- 50g Funky Fat Choc Hazelnut
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions:
- Mix the yoghurt and almond flour until well combined, you should get a doughy which is not too sticky, add more flour if needed.
- Flatten the dough
- cut around 9 biscuits
- Bake at 180c for 20 minutes
- Let cool
- Meanwhile melt the Funky Fat Choc with some coconut oil
- Top the biscuits with the chocolate
- Enjoy!
