2 Ingredient Chocolate Hazelnut Digestives

Forget about shop bought biscuits and give these minimal ingredient digestives a try, they are very crispy and have a delicious chocolate hazelnut coating with our Funky Fat Choc

✅ Easy to make ✅ Low Carb ✅Gluten Free


Ingredients (for 9):

  • 140g almond flour
  • 120g 0% yoghurt
  • A few stevia drops to taste (optional but recommended)
  • 50g Funky Fat Choc Hazelnut
  • 1 tsp coconut oil 

Instructions:

  1. Mix the yoghurt and almond flour until well combined, you should get a doughy which is not too sticky, add more flour if needed.
  2. Flatten the dough
  3. cut around 9 biscuits
  4. Bake at 180c for 20 minutes
  5. Let cool
  6. Meanwhile melt the Funky Fat Choc with some coconut oil
  7. Top the biscuits with the chocolate
  8. Enjoy!
