Sugar-free Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie

An absolute must-try single-serve delicious chocolate chip cookie with only 6 ingredients! A classic made sugar-free, vegan and keto so you can enjoy and satisfy your sweet tooth without blood sugar spikes or energy dips.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 3 heaped tbsp almond flour

Method:

  1. Mix the wet ingredients, then add the dry ingredients
  2. Mix all well until you get a dough which doesn’t stick to your hands (if so add a little bit more almond flour)
  3. Chopped the chocolate and add to the mix
  4. For the dough into a cookie then air fry at 170c for 10-12 minutes
  5. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
