Salted Caramel & Dark Chocolate Magnums

  • 200ml cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar free salted caramel syrup
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder dissolved in water
For the cover:
  • 150g Funky Fat Choc Dark
  • 2 tsp coconut oil


  1. Using an electric whisker, whisk the cream until it has thickened
  2.  Add the salted caramel syrup and vanilla protein and continues to whisk until well incorporated
  3. Scoop the mix into ice lolly moulds and then freeze
  4. Melt some dark chocolate with a bit of coconut oil, remove the ice lollies and then dip in the dark chocolate
  5. Enjoy!
