They’re sweet, crunchy, and surprisingly refreshing — the kind of treat you keep reaching for straight from the fridge.
Blueberry season is the perfect excuse to get creative in the kitchen. This recipe turns simple blueberries into bite-sized candy moments, without the usual sugar overload. Thanks to no added sugar chocolate and antioxidant-rich powders, you get flavour, colour, and feel-good ingredients in every bite.
Ingredients
- 150–200 g fresh blueberries
- 100 g (2 bars) Funky Fat vegan white chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
- 1 tsp antioxidant blend powder
How to Make Them
- Insert a toothpick into each blueberry.
- Melt the Funky Fat Chocolate using a water bath.
- Divide the melted chocolate into three bowls.
- Add matcha to one bowl, blue spirulina to the second, and antioxidant blend to the third. Mix well.
- Dip each blueberry into the chocolate and place on parchment paper.
- Let set in the fridge, then remove the toothpicks and enjoy.
