Keto Chocolate Cheescake with Coffee

What could be better than a cheesecake? A chocolate cheesecake! Sugar-free, gluten-free and keto!

👩🏼🍳 Well watch out because this cake has a cookie base, a chocolaty filling and a mascarpone frosting.

BASE

Ingredients

  • 300gr almond butter (or 1 cup of almond and 40gr of melted butter).
  • 1 egg
  • 20gr erythritrol
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder or baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

Bake for 10 minutes at 175 degrees

FILLING

Ingredients

  • 400gr mascarpone cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 50g of your favourite Funky Fat Foods chocolate, mine is coffee chocolate 😋
  • 20g of erythritrol (optional, I don't use it)

Instructions

Bake for 15 min at 200 degrees and then lower the temperature to 130 degrees for another 15 min.

FROSTING

Add an extra, 100gr of whipped mascarpone cheese once the cake is cool on top, and another ounce of grated chocolate on top.

¿Algo mejor que una tarta de queso? ¡Una tarta de queso de chocolate! ¡Sin azúcar, sin gluten y keto!

👩🏼‍🍳 Pues bien atentos porque esta tarta tiene una base de galleta, un relleno de chocolate y un frosting de mascarpone.

BASE

Ingredientes

  • 300gr mantequilla de almendras (o bien 1 taza de almendra y 40gr de mantequilla derretida)
  • 1 huevo
  • 20gr de eritritrol
  • 1/2cdta de levadura o impulsor
  • 1/4cda sal

Instrucciones

Hornead durante 10 min a 175 grados

RELLENO

Ingredientes

  • 400gr de queso mascarpone
  • 3 huevos
  • 50gr de vuestro chocolate Funky Fat Foods preferido, el mío es de café 😋
  • 20gr de eritritrol (opcional, yo no le pongo)

Instrucciones

Hornead durante 15 min a 200 grados y luego bajad la temperatura a 130 grados durante 15 min más

GLASEADO

Como extra, 100gr de queso mascarpone batido una vez la tarta esté fría por encima, y otra onza de chocolate rallada por encima.
