Chocolate Panna Cotta
Today we are going to show you how to make a quick and easy chocolate Panna Cotta!

This recipe was created by Andy from @keto.genia  as well as the accompanying images.

Chocolate Panna Cotta

You will only need : 

  • 400ml of vegetable milk (unsweetened almond)
  • 60g of Erythritol 
  • a pinch of salt 
  • 100ml of vegetable milk mixed with 30g of cocoa powder
  •  90g of dark  Funky Fat Chocolates 
  • 8 sheets of hydrated gelatine

The best thing about it? You don't need a mould! You can use your milk carton👏🏻

Finally, let it cool for 2-3 hours in the fridge and decorate it as you like - (Andy used more cocoa powder and grated coconut).
