Sweet like summer candy these delicious sugar-free ice creams are perfect for these hot summer days.
Ingredients:
For the filling:
- 200 gr strawberries
- 100 gr heavy cream
- Few drops of sweetener
For the covering:
- 250 gr Funky Fat Choc (you can choose your favorite flavour)
Instructions:
For the filling:
- Mix all the strawberries, the cream and the sweetener together in a blender.
- Divide the mixture into 4 ice cream molds.
- Freeze for at least 5 hours.
For the covering:
- Melt your Funky Fat Choc in a water bowl.
- Transfer the melted chocolate into a tall glass.
- One by one, dig your ice creams into the melted chocolate
- Let them rest on a sheet of parchment paper until the chocolate is set.
And Voila ready to eat!
