Pumpkin Spice Blondies keto / low- carb

It's not fall if you don't make desserts with your own Pumpkin Spice mix and yes... it has pumpkin in it 🎃. 

Did you know that pumpkin has only 7g of carbohydrates x 100g, and that it has a lot of benefits for the immune & digestive system... ?

First of all boil the pumpkin and once it's done mash it with a fork... 🍳.

👉🏽 YOU NEED:

  • 100g pumpkin puree
  • 100g almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g coconut oil or butter or ghee
  • Pumpkin spice mix: Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg
  • 40g sweetener (Erythritol)
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 30g Californian walnuts
  • 50g White Funky Fat Keto Chocolate

The topping is super easy to make too, Andy uses mascarpone, cream cheese sweetener and vanilla ✨.
