Ferrero Rocher flavor ice cream

Ferrero Rocher flavor ice cream



  • 300 ml of cream.
  • 100 ml almond milk.
  • 30 g of powdered erythritol.
  • 120 g homemade hazelnut cream.
  • Keto Chocolate for melting 🍫 

Ingredients for hazelnut cream

  • 150 g de avellanas tostadas.
  • 25 g de aceite de coco
  • 20 g de erythritol pulverizado



1. Mix all the ingredients in the mixer except the chocolate and beat for 1:30 🕜 more or less.
2. If you have an ice cream machine , put all the preparation inside and that's it.
3. Melt chocolate and put it on top and enjoy 😋🍨.
4. If you don't have a machine put it in the freezer. A tip so that the homemade ice cream does not crystallize, is that every hour or so you move it a little, so two or three times💡.
